We cater weddings, corporate events, anniversaries, birthdays, meetings, galas, bar and bat mitzvahs, and more. Our team is experienced in handling events of all sizes and styles.
2. Do you offer tastings before booking?
Yes, we offer tastings to help you select the perfect menu for your event. Tastings are by appointment and are $25 per person in attendance. That fee is credited to your account after booking.
3. How far in advance should I book catering for my event?
We recommend booking at least 6 months in advance, especially for large events or for weddings in peak seasons that should be a year or more. However, we can accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.
4. What is your minimum and maximum guest count?
Our minimum guest count varies by event type,. We can accommodate small gatherings and large-scale events with thousands of guests.
5. Do you provide staffing, such as servers, bartenders, or chefs?
Yes, we offer professionally trained and licensed staff, including servers, bartenders, and on-site chefs, to ensure a seamless dining experience.
6. Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured to provide catering services and have our licenses on hand at many of the top venues in San Diego. We also are licensed to sell and serve alcohol.
7. Where is your food prepared?
All of your food will be prepared at our central kitchen to a point and then brought cold to the venue where we set up an auxiliary kitchen with oven, fryers and whatever equipment we need to finish your food. Many other catering companies, much like hotels, keep your food hot in boxes for hours until you're ready to eat. WE KEEP AND SERVE TOUR FOOD FRESH!

13. How is pricing structured—per person, per platter, or per package?
Our pricing depends on the service style and menu. We offer per-person pricing, platters, and customizable packages.
14. What is included in the price?
We line item our pricing with food, staffing, any and all rentals, any beverages, operational expense and taxes. Pricing includes food preparation, setup, and cleanup.
15. Do you require a deposit? What are your payment terms?
Yes, we require a 25% deposit upon signing our agreement to secure your date. Then there is a another 25% deposit taken 120 days prior to your function, then the remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.
16. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we can arrange a payment plan to suit your budget.
17. What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Our cancellation policy varies based on timing. Deposits may be refundable up to a certain period before the event. Please contact us for details.

18. Do you provide tableware, linens, and décor?
Yes, we offer tableware, linens, and décor options to enhance your event.
19. Do you offer bar services, and can we bring our own alcohol?
We provide full bar services, and you may bring your own alcohol if permitted by the venue and we can provide just the bartender, or we can also do mixers, ice and garnishes on top of trash and recycling removal.
20. How does setup and cleanup work?
Our team handles setup before the event and cleanup afterward, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you.
21. How early do you arrive for setup?
We typically arrive 2-3 hours before the event, depending on the setup requirements.
22. Do you provide buffet, plated, or family-style service?
Yes, we offer a variety of service styles, including buffet, plated, and family-style dining.
