Food Stations Menu

Food stations and club plates facilitate more of a moving style event and have attendants finishing and serving the freshest food to any discerning guest.  Club plates are small versions of an entrée that are plated at the Chef attended station.  Below is a list of choices to customize your menu, which feature your choice of 3 tray-passed appetizers for one hour, followed by a combination of your choice of 3 club plates and/or stations for your guests to enjoy. While the exact pricing of your event depends upon your specific menu items, location, and number of guests, we can say that a plated meal for 100 guests for a 6 hour event would start at $80 per person.  That price would include cucumber infused iced water at the dining tables, beverage station with lemonade and freshly brewed regular & decaf coffee, round banquet tables, chairs, linens, china, flatware, water goblets, tables & linens for drink station, sales tax and production fee.

Locally Made Gelato, flavors include Italian Vanilla, Chocolate & Pistachio with traditional sundae toppings: Chocolate Sauce, Caramel Sauce, Sprinkles, Peanuts, Strawberries, Crumbled Oreo Cookies, Marshmallow. $4.50 per person.

Churros

Salted Caramel or Chocolate Sauce topped with Coconut Shavings, Nuts or Fruity Pebbles. $4.50 per person.


Ice Cream Cookie Bar

vanilla ice cream with an assortment of cookies, chocolate sauce, salt caramel, sprinkles, heath bar crumbles, oreo crumbles, strawberries, m&m’s, cupcake crumbles & whipped cream. $5 per person.

Bananas Foster

Bananas sautéed in rum, brown sugar and banana liquor. Served with homemade vanilla bean ice cream. $5 per person.

Cheesecake Martini Bar

Cheesecake bits served with your choice of toppings to include:  blueberry compote, mixed berries, Oreo cookie crumbles, nuts, M&M’s, graham crackers, marshmallows, caramel, chocolate sauce and raspberry sauce. $7 per person.

Crepes

Crepes warmed to order with the following toppings: peaches, caramelized apples, sliced bananas, fresh berries, whipped cream, caramel, hazelnut spread, chocolate sauce, ice cream, toasted nuts, lemon curd. $5 per person.
